Wholesale Pricing Programs

Are you interested in carrying our high-quality, US-Made products in your booth? Shadowlands LLC DBA Odins Outfitters offers two different plans which will enable you to add our products to your current booth inventory. We are looking to build our brand across the country with trusted and valued partners and see this as a win-win situation. We are able to keep our sewists busy, build our brand, and help you achieve sales with quality products that you may not have the ability to make yourselves.

Our commitment to you is that we will provide you with the exact same products from our core product lines that we ourselves sell at our events. We will also review each prospective partner to ensure that their events don’t overlap each other, so that there is no competition for our products at the same event. Given the wide geographical extent to which we all travel, a ‘territory’ doesn’t make sense except at an ‘event’ level. Note that our own satellite or main booth take priority over partners, but we will work out details as necessary. We don’t intend to compete with our partners, or to have our partners compete with each other, and we all need to be successful.

Each partner will be responsible for getting these products juried into their various events on their own. We can provide information and photos of the products if necessary.

A note about supply and availability of our products. Our production method is what we call Just-In-Almost-Time. This means that we have a limited number of items onhand at any given time, since we manufacture to address current need and try to not have excessive inventory. There IS a chance that we will need to order fabric and schedule time among our various sewists in order to produce items for shipping, but we promise you that your orders will have an equal footing with our own booth orders, they will be managed on a first-in, first-out basis. We have the ability to have multiple sewists produce the same product, so we are able to manage production in a timely manner. We are truly partners with you, and we all need to be successful. That being said, there may be delays in fulfilling orders.

Is this ‘resell’? Or is it something else. When I consider the term ‘resell’, I envision products pre-made in a factory and coming from a warehouse, potentially overseas, and mass-produced. The difference with our products is that they are all made by home-based businesses in the US. We personally order and touch every single piece of fabric we sell, and we are in constant contact with our sewing partners here in the US. It is our way of insuring quality products, that we stand behind 100%. So I personally don’t really consider any items you might wish to carry to be ‘resell’, but rather partner-produced for your benefit.

Custom orders are welcome. Many of our products can be sized differently to accommodate your customer’s needs. Please reach out to us directly to discuss your needs prior to placing your order.

Membership in these programs will be limited, and not all applicants will be approved, and all approvals will be made on a case-by-case basis. We are not interested in partnering with someone just for getting sales. We are interested in partnering with businesses where your reputation is as important as our own.

You could call this consignment sales, but some shows frown on ‘consignment’ sales. We call it Postpaid Wholesale Pricing. This method requires a high level of trust, in that we will be sending you product to sell, but you don’t pay for it until it actually sells. This is a fantastic way to get access to our products at minimal upfront cost to you. Membership at this level will be restricted to well-trusted partners, businesses that we personally know and trust.

You are still responsible for the products, so loss due to theft or damage will still be your responsibility and we will still need to be paid for the items. We will negotiate a discount rate that enables both of us to make money, plus support our sewists at the same time. You will need to report to us any product sold at the conclusion of your weekend, and we will invoice you for the product with the agreed-upon discount rate included. Payment will be need to be made at the time the invoice is issued.

Unsold inventory may be returned at any time if you decide you no longer wish to participate, we will pay shipping both to and from you. Items of course must be in sellable condition.

We will supply a suggested retail price (based on our own selling prices), you are free to set your pricing as you wish.

As expected, this is a standard wholesale method, where you purchase items from us at a discounted, wholesale rate. We will negotiate a discount percentage with you, and you will own the items and can set your own retail pricing guidelines. As with the Prepaid method, we will recommend a starting selling price based on our own experience.

There will be a cost-of-shipping added to your order, and items will not be returnable except in the case of a quality issue with that item.

While you may have possession of items produced by Odins Outfitters, Shadowlands LLC DBA Odins Outfitters retains all intellectual property rights to all product patterns, designs and fabrics. We will treat you with honor and respect, and we expect the same treatment back. Duplicating our product patterns, designs and fabric usage is explicitly forbidden without prior, written permission.
